✅ Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products (spices), we do not accept returns unless:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product is expired on arrival
  • The package was missing items you paid for

If your case matches any of the above, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

💰 Refund Process

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will request your bank/UPI details for refund

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is approved, we will arrange return shipping or reimburse you for return shipping charges (only if we are at fault).
